have decided that it's almost possible to live at the hub. there's the kitchen with a fridge, toaster, and microwave for food. and a bathroom with a shower. and there are couches. so it all sounded like a good way to escape rent.
only downside i've thought of so far is laundry. but otherwise, i think it'd be doable.
also i think one student actually is...
